The Zoom to Window Tool is used to draw a rectangle to which the view will zoom.
From the Toolbar: Find the Rotate Tool icon on the View Toolbar and Click on the tool. The tool is now active and ready for use.
From the Shortcut Key: The default shortcut key for the point tool is the letter " Shift + Number Pad - ". Simply press the key and the tool will be activated.
From the Command Line: Type "zoom_window" into the Command Line, at the top of the notification window, and press the Enter/Return key.

1. Click and hold the left mouse button to start drawing the zoom rectangle.
2. Move the mouse while still holding the left button down. This will display a temporary zoom rectangle. Release the left button when the rectangle is positioned as desired. The drawing will now update with the view focused on the specified area.
Reset:
After using this tool it automatically resets; you can choose a different tool or select another zoom window.

Escape (Esc): Cancels current tool and activates the default tool (Selection Tool)
