Poly facemesh entity is a solid face entity that is created by meshing Polylines together.  Viewing poly facemesh entities using Gouraud Shaded Tool, Flat Shaded Tool, or Hidden Tool, displays them as solid surfaces.

 

 

 

A face mesh does not have any special data different than the commonly held Entity Data.
